Her areas of expertise include, strategy & planning, operations, marketing, sales, business development and design thinking. She also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CEO of the Real Estate Investment Group.
She firmly believes that we all benefit from a world where men and women have equal voice and economic power. Paoola is leveraging her extensive skills and experience to empower women-led social enterprises, and to educate girls so they may access the labor market. This is made possible by collaborating with organizations such as Womanity, Impact Hub Vienna and others.
