Don’t multitask, surround yourself as soon as you can with people who have technical skills you don’t have. There’s always a maverick way to have these people around, if you can’t afford to have them on a payroll.
You can invite these people to become part of your advisory board, or be your associates, or more formal business partners.
Alternatively, you can always find great experts at hand at co-mentoring meet-ups (see post #5) or in a shared office space. (Check Impact Hub, in a city near you, or Deskcamping, to name just a few.
