When you are building a team and managing relationships with your stakeholders, it’s useful to have a clear remit around 3 areas.
1- Drive and foster supportive and positive relationships within the network, including staff.
2- Actively seek input and ideas, about the things you know you don’t know, and make the space to implement the ideas.
3- Surround yourself with diversity, skills, functional capability. Surround yourself with people who think and work differently, get more done and expand your network and advocate your cause.
