  • Be A Great CommunicatorThe "Be a great communicator"  workshop provides you with a practical toolkit to enhance your communication skills with view to effective networking and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.

    The workshop works on the micro, meso and macro levels, enabling participants to grow their networking and communication skills as individuals, as members of a specialist and local community and as representatives of a organisation in a national/international context.

  • Wacoco - Shared LeadershipAs a team and a consortium, the members of a Community Coalition wish to strengthen their bidding and leadership potential.

    This action learning set is a framework that gives members the confidence and the evidence that they can and want to work in partnership.

    The group sessions provide the time and space to work out partnership and consortia agreements. They also support the group in developing effective behaviours and skills to work in partnership, understanding how to build and nurture effective collaborations and sharing a compelling vision.

  • Over 3 face-to-face sessions and 2 web-teleconferences- the Confident Entrepreneurs programme helps you to find your entrepreneurial focus, boost your capacity to find support and audiences, measure your social impact, increase your influence and your participation.

    Who should attend?

    The programme is aimed at people eager to boost their entrepreneurial mindset, people already in business, sole traders, voluntary groups in transition towards a sustainable enterprise.

    This programme is also relevant to groups of students aiming to develop and implement an enterprise or a community project.
