Servane is a supportive networker and passionate about women and their capacity to generate services and products with a positive social impact. She runs Ogunte Ltd and GlobalTribal Network, a networking and a learning company that develops Female Social Innovators, through events, development programmes and awards. She has a background in campaigning and community development in the UK, Europe and Brazil and has worked as a producer and marketer for large private companies. Servane is a UK Ambassador for Women in Business and was highly commended Social Enterprise Mentor of the year 2007, NewStatesman.

Mehmood originates from India and has lived in Holland, Singapore and is now living in the UK. While still at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), Mehmood worked with Prof Ravi J Matthai on Experiments in Educational Innovation. On graduation from IIMA, Mehmood worked in the Voluntary sector, making Indian livestock more productive resources and creating cottage industries. This work led Mehmood to building professional farmers organisations. Mehmood has been with Unilever since 1982 and has worked in wide areas of the business. Out of 25 years in Unilever, 10 years have been in pioneering new Unilever business in places such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia and North Korea, along with developing new portfolios in China and other countries in East Asia. Mehmood is currently the Global Leader for Unilever Innovation Process Development which has added yet another dimension to his expertise in the Unilever Business of accelerating business growth through Innovation by following common global process and systems. Through Mehmood's drive, these Innovation communities provide a platform for Building Innovation capabilities, incubate creativities, and grow them into true business innovations. Mehmood is Managing Trustee of Rasuli Kanwar Khan Trust and IIM Europe and a Trustee of GEN Initiative UK.
