An action-learning session is a very interactive experience where participants are invited to use real life situations, and brainstorm with the group or with the facilitator to solve business and management issues.
Actions to implement are co-designed during the session.
This service takes place over the phone, through webinars/videoconferences, or on virtual worlds (Second Life), as and when indicated.

What happens? Sessions last 1 hour (except indicated). All sessions can be ordered and developed as ½ day or 1 day action learning workshop.
