What happens?

• The Non Executive Director will attend board meeting and will be available to assist executive directors of the company.
• They have arranged working hours which can vary from one half day per month upwards.
• They do not work full time and are not involved in day to day issues.
• The Non Executive Director will have a field of expertise and might be challenging conventional operations.
• The Non Executive Director will be providing help for a specific challenge, for a specific time, made clear in the contracting process and evaluated at completion.
• We keep in touch with the company after the contracted period, should we come across opportunities that might be of benefit.

Eligibility criteria: Open for companies in sustaining phase (beyond 2 or 3 years of existence).

Costs: day rate at £700 - for a retainer package of 5 days minimum. Can decrease according to size of retainer packages. Mimimum involvement 1 day a month (1/2 day + preparation time).
