Women in Social Finance - Helping Women Move Mountains

What: We are thrilled to curate the programme of this Women in Social Finance speakers’ bureau January event. This evening will showcase stories of women who have built their faith in women’s ability to move mountains. Our three speakers, who are women involved in social entrepreneurship and social finance, will explain how they use common sense, money and connections to build influence and make the world a better place for women and girls; with women and girls.  Speakers are: Puchka Sahay, Maude Massu and June O’Sullivan. Global Entrepreneurship Week - Social Enterprise Day

What: Corporate conference – Hitachi Women’s Interactive Network – Annual Summit
This event will bring together women for the global Hitachi group companies and focus on Social Innovation. Servane will facilitate a session on how to break down Social Innovation and change on a personal level. The question we will ask are: What does social innovation mean to me? How can I be part of it? GLOBAL TECH WOMEN VOICES CONFERENCE

What: “How ICT/New Media can help prevent violence against women”. Through this free virtual session, Servane will invite the womanity Award Finalists to introduce some of the innovations in the field, also encouraging other practitioners to join the movement. Together we will activate a collaborative group that will act a safe space to exchange information and knowledge, called ICTforWomanity Network. Creative Shock – International Social Business Competition & Conference

What:“Creative Shock” is an annual international social business case competition. It aims to promote the idea of social entrepreneurship and social business. What: What if we could prevent violence against women using ICT/New Technologies? Join us during this exquisite Marmalade event to co-prototype the next round of the Womanity Award, an award that invests in an innovative and scaleable ecosystem focused on the prevention of violence against women.
