Ruth Rogers www.bodygossip.org"I want to challenge the UK's perceptions of body image and celebrate realistic beauty. I'm doing this by empowering real people's stories about their real bodies, and encouraging men and women in the UK to write and talk about their bodies.
I want to see normal sized women used in ad campaigns - WITHOUT airbrushing. I want young people to care more about the world than their waistlines - but I don't want to encourage obesity. I want to encourage natural, healthy bodies and I am doing that by promoting Body Gossip - real people's stories written by real people, performed by a celebrity cast for maximum impact.
I love the Hub network, the email mailing list has proved invaluable to me on so many occasions. I also love meeting people and talk to them about my projects, and their projects, and discovering synergy.
