Servane MouazanServane Mouazan

Servane, founder and director of Oguntê, is a resourceful and energetic Social Entrepreneur with great experience in the social economy and creative industries in Europe and South America.

Working across cultures and sectors, she is committed to supporting individuals, emerging entrepreneurs and established organisations with ground-breaking and mind-stretching social innovations coaching. Servane has delivered work, among others, for Allergan, Packard Bell, Warner, Emi, UnLtd, ACF, LDA, Kuyichi and new economics. She has supported many non-profit organisations in Europe and overseas, such as Boca, Solidaridad, Fase and Oxfam. 

She is a  certified Results Executive Coach, a member of the Association for Coaching, and holds an MA in Modern Dutch Studies and Sociolinguistics. 

As a passionate networker, she runs a cross-cultural network of around 700 social entrepreneurs who meet on- and off-line and is an Sparks Ambassador for Women in Business.

Carole McKenzieCarole McKenzie

Carole has a Ph.D in Cybernetics from Brunel University and is a trained brief therapist and counsellor. She has been coaching since 1990 in both large multi-national companies, and small fast growing organisations. She has worked across industry sectors from aerospace to finance and also within the public and voluntary sectors. 

She is presently coaching at Director level at Microsoft and also works with Social Enterprises and with the Public Sector on change management processes.

She has recently contributed a chapter to ‘HRD in a Complex World published by Routledge and had a paper published in the Journal of Complexity. Carole is also a Fellow of the RSA, and a founder member of the British Ecological Psychology Society. And last but not least, she can speak Mandarin Chinese!

Rose Casey-ChalliesRose Casey-Challies

Rose is a social evaluator, with over fifteen years experience working in partnership, with charitable, public, private and voluntary organisations, at local, national and international level. Dedicated to making a difference, Rose fully commits to giving organisations an independent and frank appraisal of what is required to effectively deliver and promote an evidenced impact. She is known for looking outside the box and using innovative cost effective approaches to help organisations address their social impact. Rose has worked with Lloyds TSB Foundation, Youth Music, European Foundation Centre, Charties Aid Foundation and a range of social and community enterprises in the UK and in developing countries.


Jilla Jamfar

Jilla is an energetic and enthusiastic professional with excellent client management and organisational skills.

Jilla has a BSc (Hons) in Management and System Science, a course providing an invaluable framework for holistic management for organisations. She has been involved in change management both with individuals and organisations. She has worked across industry sectors from retail, finance, property management to training and also within the private, public and voluntary sectors.

She has been coaching social entrepreneurs and working with social enterprises for the past seven years in realising their aim of social change in a sustainable manner. She has also designed and delivered training courses in Leadership and Management with a great emphasis on personal development.

In addition, Jilla is an NVQ Assessor, a qualified complementary practitioner in three disciplines.

Sarah Bristow-Bailey

Sarah is a highly creative, organised and facilitative community development professional with a strong background in psychology. She has a proven ability to coach, train, manage and motivate volunteers, staff and project participants, as well as a successful track record of quality assurance, evaluation and assessment.

Sarah holds an MA in Psychology from the University of Glasgow. She is currently a fellow at the Institute of Group Analysis.
