Diane Parker (MAC) is an accredited coach with over twenty years experience working in the creative industries and cultural sector, ranging from performing arts to publishing.

She has worked for a number of cultural organisations including the Laban Centre, Routledge, the National Gallery and Creative & Cultural Skills. She manages the development of an online network of leadership mentors within the creative and cultural sector, including fostering relationships across the sector and authoring a mentoring handbook for leaders. As a coach and writer, her specialist area is leadership and creative development for artists and other creative professionals. Diane is a member of the Association for Coaching and is also a practised improviser, a workshop facilitator and a member of the Applied Improvisation Network, a worldwide organisation that promotes the use of improvisation in business and organisations for leadership development, change management and creative thinking.
